Surprise, surprise! At around 12 noon today, a guy and two boys knocked on the door. They’d found my wallet from the car incident a few days ago! Well, that’s a start! I mentioned that the briefcase had gone missing as well, just on the off-chance they had seen that too – they hadn’t!
I guess I was in shock… and I didn’t bother to get their names or give them a reward! Around ten minutes later, the two boys knocked on the door again and they had found my briefcase too!!!!
The wallet was found amongst the undergrowth in Richmond Avenue (nearby, just past J and J’s) and the briefcase was found amongst the trees a bit further on.
I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff.
