Denis’s - for lunch - Steve's Blog

Lee wasn’t feeling so well, so it was just Ann and I driving up to Denis’ for lunch. Bev and Ady were also there having done most of the food prep (I think we’re the last in the family to meet Ady – I can’t think why it’s taken us so long!)

Bev had prepared the main course – minted lamb, whilst Ann had weaved her magic on profiteroles. I think the lamb should have been classified as ice-cream as it melted so easily in the mouth! Yummy!!!! It was good to catch-up and we stayed until about 2.30, then headed home. Ann had a shed load of work to do before Monday and I had a few things to take care of too.

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
