Weekend with Roger, Jane and Oliver – Sunday

As planned, we had a lazy morning. After breakfast, we caught up with the newspapers and I helped Roger understand the extra functions of his new Panasonic LCD TV and Humax Fox T2 box.

After a rather full-on roast chicken lunch we did very little afterwards – apart from nearly fall asleep!

It’s been a great weekend! We left a little earlier then planned because we wanted to catch-up with Ann’s ex-work colleague Antony, and his wife Sue, on the way back. We arrived there around 3.30 and had a great opportunity to catch-up with bits and pieces – and to marvel at their renovated kitchen! It’s given us some ideas for ours, when we eventually get round to doing it!!!

We were home by 6pm, just time to unpack and to put our feet-up before getting ready for the week ahead.

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
