Back trouble

Well, I thought my back was getting better, but after struggling to pick up Bon-Bon on Saturday, my back-ache returned. Coincidentally (or not) the pain returned the day after I ran out of tablets. Boy, is this a nuisance or what? So I took myself off to the Doctor’s today to get some more dicloflex to see if taking these helps with the pain.

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
