Table Mountain

After last week’s disappointing mission to locate and purchase a replacement dining room table and chairs, as well as look for ideas for the kitchen makeover – today could only be described as ‘mission accomplished’.

We drove up to Downtown near Grantham, for a look round their furniture department, and discovered they had mountains of tables to choose from! Within a couple of minutes, we’d found the prefect one… and the chairs… and the chair upholstery… and the curtain fabric… and the fabric for the Blinds in the kitchen too!

We seem to be stuck in smug mode now!!!!

If only ALL shopping was this easy!!!!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
