The bushed DoDO!
We ordered a skip to help us dispose of a lot of bits and pieces around the house and some significant business waste. Having carefully considered the skip size before ordering, we clearly abandoned all common sense, and a skip almost the size of Northamptonshire was delivered on Friday.
Even after gutting the garage, the monster is still only a third full. So, a quick message round all the neighbours suggesting if they had anything large they wanted to dispose of, we could happily accommodate it. It was interesting to hear their suggestions – ‘husbands’ and ‘wives’ seemed to be most often suggested disposal!!!!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff.
