Family Meal - The George, Buckden

In spite of the rain, sleet and snow, we picked up Lee and headed for The George at Buckden for a family lunch (minus Bev and Mum!). It was great to get everyone together, and The George is an ideal halfway-house for all of us. It was very busy but food was great and so was the service.

We dropped Lee back at hers and then headed home to start packing for the holiday.

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
