Wet, wet, wet (week 1)

Ralph’s done a great job in starting to transform our en-suite into a wet room. All the furniture is out, and all the tiles that need to be removed have been. The separating wall between the shower and the sink/loo is also no-more. The only thing that slowed him down was the save-the-planet-by-recycling-everything-mentality at the local dump where apparently, you can’t dump wall tiles in the same place as plasterboard – so that meant an enjoyable (!!!) session for Ralph where he had to bring it all back and separate the two!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
