PCs are Go!

After picking up the two new PCs from Neil’s last Sunday, I’ve spent the past week on-and-off reinstalling software on both machines. The reinstalling is normally the time-consuming part, but I think I’ve just set a new personal best having got everything that was on the old PCs reinstalled and working on the two new ones in just under a week. That included the fun (some would say frustrating) part – the fine tuning – so both new machines have everything the old ones had in terms of programs, favourites, passwords, cookies and the like.

Job done!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
