Alicia Keys and Jack White have recorded the theme tune for the next James Bond film, ‘Quantum of Solace’. I normally like the Bond themes…but not this one…no-way…ever…ever. I actually think it’s the worst song I’ve ever heard!! I’ve listened to it twice now. The first time was yesterday, where I thought: “hmmm, maybe it’ll grow on me”. Then I heard it again today – and it sounds even worse!!! It’s about the most un-melodic piece of music I’ve EVER heard. What were those two on when they put this together?

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure!
