Mum’s Birthday Meal

We took Mum and Queenie to the ‘Beefeater Crown’ at Bromley Common for their Birthday Meal and met up with Debbie, Neil and the Kids there.

Food was excellent (as it was last time!) We nearly got away with a very cheap bill at the end as ‘Steph’ our waitress charged another table’s bill to us. We took the honest approach and got it all sorted.

We got back to Mum’s around 8.15. We stayed overnight as we’re going to Queenie’s lunch party tomorrow…

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
