Laptop Battery

I suppose I should have realised that the original battery on my Dell Laptop was ‘on its last legs’. Symptoms such as the battery only lasting 5 minutes after a full-charge and arriving at my Accountant’s today to find that it wouldn’t even boot-up on battery-power! Bugger!

A quick search using Google found a suitable UK based site called www.battery.co.uk and a good price too. Hopefully, that’ll sort out the problem.

Update: Saturday 8am. The new battery arrives and it’s solved the problem!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
