We met up with Paul and Sue at the Taste of India in Rothwell tonight. This restaurant was probably the first one we discovered when we moved to Kettering all those years ago. Since then, admittedly, we sort of forgot about it, preferring Mazza’s simply because it’s closer to home (well, at least it shares the same owners!). The last time I was here was August last year with John Cullwick, but incredibly, the last time Ann and I ate there together was in February 2005!!!
Sue and Paul were in fine form and it was good to catch-up. Although the service was a bit lack-lustre (they took the drinks order and then forgot about us!), the food was just how we remember it – delicious – and then some!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff. Oh, and as this is my hobby, there are no sponsored links nor adverts here – it’s all done with love!
