Entitled Heaven Sent, this was the penultimate episode of this series, and expectations in the media and amongst Whovians were high. Impressions? Well, it’s fair to say Peter Capaldi acted his socks off and the media and fans seemed to love it. In truth, I didn’t understand a lot of storyline (I blame the late night last night!) but maybe a re-watch – or three – might help!
All-in-all though, it was very engaging, with a lot of revelations, and has set up things nicely for next week’s series-finale (that I hear is extended to 75 minutes).

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
