We had a great time last night at The Palmichael. We can’t believe we’ve been in Kettering this long and haven’t been there before now.
Burton Latimer has always had a great selection of eateries, and this one sits ‘right-up-there’ in our book. Fantastic food, good service and although it’s quite pricey – you get what you pay for – and the whole place is certainly punching above its weight in a good way!
As always, it was great to catch-up with the gang – David, Rosi, Bobby, Stella, Paul, Karen, Tom and Julie. My pounding head is telling me it was a good time last night – the fact that we didn’t get to bed until about 1am, suggests that we either got lost walking from next door to ours, or we were having so much fun, we didn’t notice the clock!
Happy days! Now where’s the Anadin.
I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff. Oh, and as this is my hobby, there are no sponsored links nor adverts here – it’s all done with love!
I hope you find it enjoyable, interesting and occasionally, even helpful!
