We slept in! I didn’t get up until 8.15. Ann followed shortly after. The weather, as normal, for Bank Holiday, is atrocious, with heavy downpours of rain – and it looks like it’s been raining all night!!! Nick and Celina were up by 9.
We had a full-English breakfast around 9.45 and caught up with the papers.
Nick had a job to do on Celina’s parent’s roof, so they left at around 11am -and it looks like it’s drying up too so at least they’ll be able to take advantage of the change of weather!!
I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff.
