We tottered off to Cranford Hall this afternoon, where they hosted local Craft Fair. Only £.50 each to get in – how very English!
There was plenty of stalls plying their wares – Ann ended up with a scarf, and I bought some special cream called Sparklebright that you put onto glass and it stops it smudging/misting up: perfect then for phones, spectacles and anything that shows finger marks. It really is quite miraculous – two years’ supply for a fiver! A bargain!!
The whole event looked and felt like something out of Midsomer Murders – without the murder and without the Summer! How English!
The Hall even had a Church right next door – Cranford St Andrew. Lovely!
