TGI Blog

Met up with Ian and Mags for a meal at TGI Friday’s in Coventry. Cripes, was it busy or what? Food was OK-ish. The electronic ordering system was down and the Waiters were in a state of permanent panic. Cold chips and a warm salad – nice!

Lunch Blog

Met up with Dave B in Market Harborough for lunch (well, an ‘all day’ breakfast actually!). I haven’t seen him since the TfL project ended last year. He was this way on business for a few days. Loved his new car! (a Saab convertible).

PC Rebuild

I’m spending most of this week re-installing software on the new PC. it’s all gone very smoothly except that i can’t get my Calendar to sync with Outlook 2003. tasks, Contacts, Notes and Files are fine, just Calendar. Looks like I’ll have to wipe the XDA and start again!

Vienna – Day 3

A gloriously hot day today. Probably the hottest day in Europe. It must have reached 23-24 degrees. We did more site-seeing today taking in the Parliament and Council buildings.
