Lunch with Eric M

I met up with my friend Eric, who’s a film producer, today at The George in Stamford. I’m normally pretty good at keeping in touch, but I can’t find an entry for the last time we met like this – so it must be more than six years ago before I started blogging. Having said that, Eric (with his wife Penny) did come to my 50th afternoon-tea celebrations back in October 2006.

Since then, they’ve have moved house (to Stamford), so there’s no excuse for me to keep in touch now!

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
