Well, 25C is the coldest day so far – but I guess we’ll cope! It’s day 4 of 5 here and we plan to do no planning at all!
We took a quick look around the ‘recreated’ heritage village next door and that was a bit disappointing in term of content. It was fun trying to escape from the local shops without buying anything having been enticed in by the locals promising: “very special price” and “special deal for being our first customers today”.

With only sun-bathing on the agenda, this left plenty of time for taking some shots around the Resort.

By far the hardest decision today was what to eat for lunch – hot dogs or apple pie with ice-cream. This dilemma was solved with the help of Facebook friends, where the consensus was ‘both’!

We retreated from the Sun around 4pm and headed inside to the comfort of our air-conditioning unit room. A quick shower and a change of clothes saw the batteries fully recharged and so we took advantage of ‘happy-hour’ in the Piano Lounge before going to the Tapas Bar for a light evening meal. Then to finish off the evening, we headed for Reception – and their comfy sofas – to catch up with our reading.
Tomorrow is our last full day here, and we’ve planned another ‘no plans’ day.

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s!
My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community.
But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure!
On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff. Oh, and as this is my hobby, there’s no sponsored links nor adverts here – it’s all done with love!
I hope you find it enjoyable, interesting and occasionally, even helpful!
