Up until about half-an-hour ago, we weren’t sure! But, after the past 24 hours wondering whether the BA strike from the 22nd December would completely screw our holiday, it looks like there might be a glimmer of hope!
According to the PR Department at BA, none of this threatened strike action is relevant to Gatwick, because the staff there work under a different contract to the one that’s causing all the problems for Heathrow staff. Just to be paranoid, we’re going to call BA tomorrow to clarify things…

I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s!
