We popped in to Lee and Bertie’s on our way to the neighbours’ Children in Need weekend in Norfolk. This year (our first time), the theme is ‘Bollywood’.
We arrived at L and B’s around 1.30, had a great lunch with them and generally chilled out.
Just before we left, we handed over Lee’s birthday pressy and exchanged Christmas gifts.
We left at around 5ish and headed for the B and B. It was a short drive albeit via very twisty and non-cat’s-eyed roads.
We arrived first (what a surprise!). We met Caroline and Andrew and the tour of the place. It’s very nice and very spacious. We’re staying in a room called ‘Lawns’ – a nice room with the shower and bathroom just next door.
We finally got to bed at around 12.30. Late for us!!
I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff. Oh, and as this is my hobby, there are no sponsored links nor adverts here – it’s all done with love!
I hope you find it enjoyable, interesting and occasionally, even helpful!
