…actually it’s NOT.
I ordered a wireless router and a basic Internet package from O2 last week. The communication process has been excellent to date with regular texts and emails to keep me abreast of the progress of my order. The Router arrived on Monday as promised, and ‘766’ line went live today as promised.
A shame then, that when I plugged it all in, the line showed no sign of any broadband connection! The Help-Desk guy (Martin) was very helpful, knowledgeable (and Scottish!), but he couldn’t solve it. The whole thing has been escalated and right now, I’m waiting for things to get sorted.
