Off to the AGM for The Old Croydonians today as well as catching up with Mum in Bromley. Ann should have accompanied me, but the specialist she’s been seeing for her tummy pains rang to say he wanted to see her. The only day was today at 9.30.
Fortunately, the Specialist said that the tests hadn’t shown up anything to worry about, but has asked Ann to get in touch if the pain returns.
I took Mum to The Crown in Bromley – it’s a regular haunt for us now. The food is excellent and the service is very good too. I dropped Mum back at hers for around 6pm and was home by just-after 8pm.
I got into blogging quite late in life, not publishing my first post until 2004 – well into my 40s! My lifelong love of technology and communication (in all its forms), together with a fondness for the art of writing seemed to be the perfect combination to contribute a few words to the online community. But I’m no Samuel Pepys! If you’re looking for deep and meaningful comments on a variety of subjects, then you’ve arrived at the wrong site! I only pen for pleasure! On average, my posts appear about twice per month, covering family & friends, cinema visits, eating out, holiday experiences and techy stuff.
